Accommodation and Venue
For the 7 night duration of your stay in Barbados your party of up to eight people will enjoy this amazing villa. The villa has a wonderful cliff-side location on the island's Platinum Coast. The spacious sun deck would make the ideal spot to hold your wedding ceremony, with the far-reaching views of the Caribbean Sea as a backdrop. The elegant cliff side terrace and covered verandah, which comes complete with wet bar, would be perfect for the reception. A private stairway leads down into the warm blue waters of the Caribbean. The beautiful beach nearby also serves as a fantastic location for your ceremony. The villa includes your own personal chef and maid service ensuring your stay is as relaxing and easy as possible.

 

Marriage Legalities

Travel to and from Home Affairs Office to collect Marriage Licence, accompanied by your coordinator to ensure everything goes smoothly

Services of a Minister or Magistrate (at your preference) to conduct your wedding in Barbados

Beach Ceremony
Marry on the beautiful beach by the side of your villa with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop.

2 x beautiful tropical flower arrangements to frame the aisle.

Table and chair for signing of the register.

A solo steel pan player for up to 2 hours.

 

Champagne Reception

Enjoy a Champagne reception on your cliff side terrace. 2 bottles of quality branded champagne and a choice of canapés for up to 8 people.

 

Pool-side or Garden Reception
The pool-side covered verandah makes a beautiful setting for your wedding reception. Your table will be set up with a stunning centerpiece using tropical flowers.

This package includes hire of vases, linen and table decorations. Fairy lights, candles and tea-lights will decorate the grounds creating a romantic and magical atmosphere.

A fine cuisine 3-course meal, chosen by you from a range of three menus prior to your wedding, will be catered by top professionals and will be served to you by your own personal waiting staff.

 

Wedding Cake

2-tier sponge cake with smooth fondant icing, decorated with fresh local flowers. Hire of cake stand and slice included.

 

Photography

Photographer for 4 hours. This includes 100 photographs and the images on a CD.

 

Bajan Weddings Services At home – Liaison with you both to ensure you have the wedding day you have always dreamed of. Booking of all required elements taking care of everything for you.

In Barbados - Managing all legal aspects associated with your wedding. One meeting with you at the villa to finalise all details of the wedding day. The services of a Bajan Weddings coordinator on the day of your wedding, all liaison between the villa agents, the wedding officiant, and all associated suppliers to ensure the smooth running of your day. The set up of the ceremony and wedding reception decorations and the take-down the following day.

*£11,500 is the low season price, prices increase in the high season and special prices apply across the Christmas and New Year period.

All food and drink consumed at the villa (other than the wedding meal) has to be paid directly to the house manager on your departure.
